The delivery time for available products varies to 48 hours for regions where our stores are located.

While your order being delivered, the carrier responsible for the delivery of your products will contact you so as to choose a pick-up date.

Delivery takes place between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm, from Monday to Saturday. The driver delivers the order directly to the pavement, in front of your home, if possible.

No handling work (delivery to the floor or a specific room) is carried out by the carrier.

Several very bulky items require a special transportation mode with special equipment. In such cases, that has to be indicated when ordering.
